How to Create Your HeyMOE account

Let's get started creating your HeyMOE account.
To begin, head to www.heymoe.com.
In the upper right corner of the website, click on the orange "Get Started Now" button. This will take you to a screen where you will be asked to enter your email address and create a password for your account.
Be sure to review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. When you're ready, check the box to accept these. Then click the "Create Account" button.
You will be asked to confirm your email address. Log into your email account and look for the email from HeyMOE.
Once you confirm your email address, you'll get started adding a little information about yourself. HeyMOE doesn't need a lot of information — just your first and last name and zip code. You may need to confirm your city too.
Then, we want you to know the limitations of HeyMOE today. Most importantly, please know that we do not assist people who are enrolled in Medicare advantage plans or who qualify for extra help for Part D costs.
After confirming that you are not enrolled in any of the programs listed, you will pick the Part D drug plan that you are enrolled in.
If you are not currently enrolled in a plan, choose "I do not have a plan."
Next, you will enter your medications. Begin by entering the name of the medications you take. Be sure to spell as accurately as possible. Select your medication from the list provided. Then, add the correct dosage, quantity and frequency. Please be aware that you may choose frequencies that range from every month to once per year. Click the "Save drug" button to add this medication to your list.
For this demonstration, we're also showing what happens when you enter a brand name drug. You will be asked if you take the actual brand name or if you take the generic. The, continue by entering the dosage, packaging, quantity and frequency. Again, click on the "Save drug" button.
Please note that you can delete medications that you may have made errors entering by click on the garbage can icon next to the name of any medication you've already entered.
When you are done entering medications, click on the orange next button.
Now you will select the pharmacy you current use to get your medications. You may change the zip code if needed to find your preferred pharmacy.
Click on the next button to then review all of your information. At this point you have the option to review and change all the data you've entered up to this point.
When your information looks correct, click on the orange "Finish" button.
You are almost done now! The final step is to create your subscription. Click on the orange "subscribe" button to enter your credit card information safely through the payment processor, Stripe.
